By accessing and using Free Color Code ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may discontinue use of the site.
2. Permitted Use & Generated Assets
All color codes, palettes, CSS gradient rules, and color scales generated through Free Color Code are free to use for both personal and commercial projects without attribution or licensing fees.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Free Color Code is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While our mathematical conversions and WCAG formulas are thoroughly tested, we do not guarantee that monitor calibration, ICC profiles, or print reproduction will match digital values with absolute physical fidelity.
4. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or temporarily suspend tools within Free Color Code at any time without notice.
